Terms of Use
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of AI Group LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

3. Description of Services
AI Group LTD provides the following services:
- Software development and web application development
- AI and automation solutions
- Web design and development
- Accounting and tax services
- IT consulting and security services
- Digital transformation consulting
4. Service Contracts
4.1 Project Proposals and Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Projects begin upon signed agreement and receipt of initial payment (if applicable).
4.2 Accounting Services
Our accounting services include:
- Monthly accounting
- VAT declarations and tax filings
- Payroll processing
- Annual financial reports
- Tax consulting
4.3 Development Services
For software and web development projects:
- Project specifications must be agreed in writing before starting
- Scope changes may affect timeline and price
- Source code ownership is transferred after final payment
- We provide support as specified in the agreement
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are excluding VAT unless explicitly stated.
5.2 Payment Schedule
- Development projects: Typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion
- Accounting services: Monthly subscription, paid in advance
- Other services: As agreed in the service contract
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in:
- Termination of services
- Late fees (1.5% monthly on the unpaid amount)
- Interest charges permitted by Bulgarian law
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of all materials, data, and intellectual property they provide to us.
6.2 Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the customized software, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information. This obligation continues for 3 years after termination of the contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Termination
You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain due.
10. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
